The Sybase Unwired Platform (SUP) allows the development of mobile applications for current platforms. With help of SUP data can be exchanged encrypted between mobile end devices and backend systems. ERP systems like SAP can serve as data sources as well as databases or web services. Thus every company is enabled to make their data accessible on MDE devices, smartphones, tablets and notebooks any time and anywhere and also available offline, if desired.
